Enterprise Security with Microsoft Azure

Birdview hosted accounts are powered by Microsoft Azure cloud.
Azure is an open and flexible cloud platform that runs out of a global network of managed datacenters across 34 regions. You can choose to host your data in the USA, Canada or Europe.

Azure delivers a 99.95% compute SLA. Your Birdview account will run on the same cloud that powers Skype, Office 365, Bing, and Xbox. 85%of Fortune 500 companies use MS Azure.

Security and Encryption

Azure provides built-in software patching, network load balancing and 24 hour-monitored physical security. Datacenters are physically constructed, managed, and monitored to shelter data and services from unauthorized access as well as environmental threats.

To ensure secure access to project data Birdview offers global and project level role-based access control with 30+ granular permissions.

All Birdview accounts residing on Azure Cloud are taking advantage of the continuous 30-day snapshot backups. It means that if needed, your data can be restored from any point (up to a second) within the last 30 days. All backups are geo-redundant.

Azure Cloud platform allows us to automatically add computing resources when there is a higher load to our servers. This way we are able to maintain the same high level of performance no matter how many users are accessing their accounts at the same time.

Security Vulnerability Reporting

Security of our users and their data is paramount for Birdview. That’s why we encourage ethical vulnerability research and reporting.

Should you find or discover any security vulnerability,  please report it to Birdview, and our team will investigate and address it as soon as possible.
