Inside Sales Representative

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Inside sales rep is responsible for prospecting, following up on existing leads, and closing the sale. The sales person is also responsible for seeing the sale through to completion, which includes requesting payment, as well as follow up with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction and to generate ongoing referrals.


  • Must have prior successful sales experience, preferably in the Software industry selling to mid to large companies.
  • Must have repeatedly met or exceeded quota and been within the top 10% in personal performance.
  • Must be a professional, having gone through formal sales training, and maintains sales skills through consistent reading and personal development.
  • Must know the steps of the sale, effective approach, presentation skills, trial closes, overcoming objections, closing techniques and personal motivation techniques.
  • Also, experience building a reseller partner program is a plus.

Implementation Manager

Location: Toronto, Canada or Minsk, Belarus.

Implementation manager main objective is to help our clients successfully roll-out and adopt Easy Projects within their organization.

You will be working closely with a client to understand their business processes and workflows in order to provide recommendations, hands-on assistance and training for Easy Projects implementation.

Most of the work will be done remotely via phone and web-conferencing/remote access software.

  • You love talking to people; you’ll be doing that all day long;
  • You enjoy helping people;
  • You have good practical experience in managing projects;
  • You have strong analytical skills: you’ll be solving a lot of business puzzles;
  • You have a knack for business development: other teams will come on-board, thanks to your efforts;
  • You can manage your time wisely and multi-task;
  • You worked with MS Project or other PM software;
  • You require little or no supervision and don’t expect to have a script for your every step.

Your daily responsibilities:

  • Contact new clients and analyze their business processes;
  • Create implementation plans;
  • Contact existing clients to follow-up on the product deployment and usage;
  • Answer “How do I…” and “What is the best way to…” questions;
  • Conduct training;
  • Work with Sales and Development team to assist clients with any requests outside your primary expertise.
