Project Management and Collaboration All-in-One

Vyew Meetings Accessing Vyew collaboration platform can be done directly through Easy Projects .NET. No need to install another application, or open extra browser windows. Create a new meeting with a simple click of a button. Vyew will be automatically launched right out of Easy Projects .NET Invite others to join your meeting or on-going collaboration. You can include other Easy Projects .NET users, or anyone else with an email address. All of your Vyew meetings are automatically saved and listed in Easy Projects .NET. Individual meetings can also be linked to specific projects and accessed for review at a later time.

With the integrated Vyew platform, you can collaborate on your all of projects while managing them through Easy Projects .NET. Meetings and collaborations can be saved and linked to specific projects within Easy Projects .NET, and can be accessed for review at a later time.

Saved meetings can be shared with remote team members, and allow those team members who missed the meeting to catch up to the rest of the team. Best of all, you always have a permanent record of your meeting or collaboration.


Online Meeting and Conferencing

Vyew Meetings When you're done with your meeting, save it! This allows you to come back and review the meeting later on in the future. You can create meeting content in Vyew, or upload your own content including screenshots, Powerpoint presentations, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, videos and more. Much like the slides in Powerpoint, each meeting supports up to 50 pages to store all of your content. Sync mode ensures that all meeting participants are literally 'on the same page'. Conferencing feature allows remote users, and users without computer headsets, to join your meeting via a phone line. With the built-in text chat, you can share links as well as communicate with specific participants via the Private Chat option. Invite up to 10 real-time participants to take part in your meeting. These can be both Easy Projects .NET users, or anyone with an email address. VOIP allows anyone with a microphone to voice their opinion during the meeting. Webcam support adds a personal layer to online conferencing and collaboration.

Vyew Meetings Upload your collateral such as images, photos, wireframes, contracts, documents and more. Supported formats include DOC, XLS, PPT, JPG, GIF, PNG, SWF, MP3. The built-in collaboration tools allow you to create text content, shapes and notes in your online collaboration. Immediately draw attention to important content using built-in tools such as the highlighter. Collaboration participants can attach sticky notes (text or voice) and discuss them using the built-in commenting system. This tool can be used for on-going collaboration throughout the project. Invite up to 10 real-time, collaboration participants from both inside and outside of Easy Projects .NET.
