With the integrated Vyew platform, you can collaborate on your all of projects while managing them through Easy Projects .NET. Meetings and collaborations can be saved and linked to specific projects within Easy Projects .NET, and can be accessed for review at a later time.

Saved meetings can be shared with remote team members, and allow those team members who missed the meeting to catch up to the rest of the team. Best of all, you always have a permanent record of your meeting or collaboration.

Online Meeting and Conferencing

Create an online meeting with up to 10 real-time participants. With features such as VOIP and webcam support, not only does everyone in the meeting have a voice, but a face as well. Participants can be Easy Projects .NET team members or remote users.

Your meeting is automatically saved and linked to your Easy Projects .NET account. By recording your meeting, you allow those participanting in the meeting to come back and review the content at a later time.

Real-Time Online Collaboration

Whant to discuss the latest project deliverable? Share a mock-up? Upload your collateral from many of the supported file formats and with up to 10 participants, you can annotate and comment on your project material in real-time.

Collaborating on your projects in real-time allow you to make immediate decisions and receive instant feedback from your team members, project sponsors and other participants.

Any-Time Online Collaboration

Scheduling a meeting to obtain feedback can be challenging, especially when you are evolving remote team members and project sponsors. But scheduling any-time collaboration will not be challenging at all! Simply upload your project collateral material, save your collaboration and invite others!

Participants can log in at their convience and add their comments and notes to the collateral material. With voice support, audible feedback can be recorded and attached to the collaboration which can then be reviewed and commented on by other participants.

Desktop sharing capabilities allow you to host a traning seminar, a product presentation or even provide technical support! By sharing their desktop, a project team member can immediately demonstrate a software bug or show others how to accomplish a task, allowing for instant feedback from the participants.
