EP comes with several reports built-in, but we've also created a Business Objects Universe and some BO reports that provide enhanced project tracking. I use these to report back to my Project Director. Any B.I. tool could be used, because the underlying database is simple to understand. it's also open, ours is stored in Microsoft SQL Server, or you can use Microsoft Access. I've also found EP's support desk very responsive. I'd recommend EP to project managers who want a low cost project management tool that isn't over-engineering with lots of complex options."
