We offer a 30-day refund policy for any hosted package,
no questions asked.

You can cancel your account at any time and it will
expire at the end of your current hosted term, thus your account will not be renewed and there are no further charges.

Can I later move my data to our in-house servers?

Should you ever decide that you want to host EP on your own server, your hosted Easy Projects database can be transferred to you upon request.

What about upgrades?

Every time a new version of Easy Projects is released, your account is automatically updated free of charge.

Is my payment secure?

Yes! All payments are made securely and privately through our SSL-protected online store or Fastspring for AMEX orders.

How much storage will I have?

All accounts come with 10Gb of storage space. Additional space is available upon request.

All Easy Projects services are hosted in a premium, world-class, ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certified data center located in Toronto, Canada. This state of the art facility features top-level security, providing a safe environment and ensuring that your data will not be tampered with by unauthorized users. The physical environment is closely monitored to facilitate uninterrupted service operations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Do I have to pay for licenses for my customers?

No, Easy Projects allows you to create an unlimited number of “customer” users, who are able to:

• Login via a dedicated Client Portal
• Add new issues and requests
• View their own issues and requests
• View project progress and details
• Upload and download files to their project(s)
• Use Message Board

It’s not possible to change the permissions for these Limited Access users. Limited Access users do not have access to projects other than those you specifically pre-select.
