Can I later move my data to our in-house servers?

Should you ever decide that you want to host EP.NET on your own server, your hosted Easy Projects database can be transferred to you upon request.

What about the upgrades?

Every time a new version of Easy Projects .NET is released, your account is automatically updated free of charge.

How does the licensing work?

Easy Projects .NET is licensed based on the total number of active (not disabled) users.
E.g. if you need 6 different users to have their own logins, you require 6 licenses.
Disabled users do not count against the total number of user licenses.
E.g. if you have 6 enabled users and 3 disabled users, you require licenses for 6 users only.
You control the selecting and updating of which users are enabled or disabled, and when.
You can purchase additional user licenses any time you wish.

Is my payment secure?

• View project progress and details
• Upload and download files to their project(s)
• Use Message Board

It's not possible to change the permissions for these Limited Access users.
Limited Access users do not have access to projects other than those you specifically pre-select.
