We are proud to present Easy Projects .NET Version 7.1! This major upgrade adds new functionality to Easy Projects .NET and features:
Completely Re-Designed Home Page
Version 7.1 introduces a completely re-designed Home Page aimed at project team members who are looking to view and track their tasks. Unique to each user, the new Home Page will list all of the tasks which the logged in user is a part of.
You can view tasks which are currently being worked on, or ones that are "On Hold" and have yet to begin, and you can quickly sort the list of tasks by "End Date", "Project" or "Priority". The new Home Page also allows you to create new tasks without having to open any other page in Easy Projects .NET.
Important tasks can be "starred" so they would always appear on top of your Home Page. You can also mouse-over your tasks to get more information on it, view and post to the message board as well as upload and view files. The built-in timer, allows you to instantly track and log time for a specific task, or you can use the weekly input to submit your hours spent on this task for an entire week.

New Silverlight-based Activity List Page
You can now manage your project activities interactively through the brand new Silverlight-based Activity List page available through "Projects & Tasks" in the main menu.
This interactive activity table allows you to add, edit, schedule and assign activities on the fly without having to open any other page in Easy Projects .NET. Much like the Interactive Gantt Chart, the new Activity List page utilizes the latest Microsoft Silverlight technology which enables you to work in full screen and save your changes instantly. It's a whole new way of managing your projects!

User-Selected Default Start Page
Each user can now specify their default start page when they first log into Easy Projects .NET. Perhaps you are a Project Manager and you want to see a high-level overview of your projects when you first log in; you can now select Dashboard as your default start page.
Maybe you are just a project team member and you just want to see your tasks for today; you can now set the new Home Page to be your default start page. There are over 25 pages to select from to set as your new start page. You can make this change by selecting "Options" in the main menu.
New Custom Fields Options
Version 7.1 allows you to specify new options for custom fields used on your projects and tasks. You can now choose an order to display your custom fields in, as well as add help text to your custom fields.
You can find these new settings under Administration > Custom Fields in the main menu.
Improved CSV Import
With Version 7.1, you now have the ability to import projects as well as time entries from CSV files and we have improved how Easy Projects .NET handles CSV importing in order to allow you to import your data more accurately.
Spanish Translation
Easy Projects .NET is now available in Spanish, along with English, Russian, German, French and Polish. You can select your language from the drop-down menu found in the top-right corner.
