FREE access for Customers

In version 6.0 you can create as many "Limited access" users as you want without any charge!

"Limited Access" users are only able to:

Add new issues and requests
View their own issues and requests
View Customer's Report
View project progress and details
Upload and download files to their project(s)
Use Message Board

Fully customizable Dashboard with charts

The new dashboard allows a user to pick and choose only those widgets s/he is interested in. Each widget can be resized, moved virtually anywhere on the screen or hidden. Certain widgets can be customized as per user requirements. The following charts are available in version 6.0.0 and the additional charts will be added in the future:

Portfolio Management

Easy Projects .NET portfolios provide management and the executive team
better control over projects. The portfolios simplify access rights and reporting.

New permission to access billing information

From now on you can specify who has permission to access the billing
information like rates, project and activity costs, etc.

Most pages now open in the same window

You told us — we listened! In version 6.0.0 most of the new pages are opened in the same window.

New "Budget" field added for Projects and Activities

You may now specify a budget for each and every activity and project. This information can later be compared to the actual cost.
It also supports hierarchy. The total project budget will be a summary of the amount allocated to the project in general plus a sum of budgets allocated to the project activities.

Actual hours for projects and parent activities is calculated
as a summary of the actual hours for all sub-activities

This self-explanatory feature is also based on a number of requests from our customers.
