These settings allow you to use SmarterTrack.
To set up SmarterTrack integration:
1. |
Make modifications in the Web.Config file as per the KB article at http://support.myeasyprojects.net/KB/a83/how-can-i-enable-integration-between-smartertrack-easy.aspx |
2. |
Enter your SmarterTrack URL and agent credentials then test if the settings are correct, as shown. |
3. |
Save the settings once the test passed ok. |
4. |
The new button should appear on the Activities page. |
5. |
Enter an existing ticket number and click "Import from SmarterTrack" button to create an activity in Easy Projects. |
