SmarterTrack integration

These settings allow you to use SmarterTrack.

 

 

To set up SmarterTrack integration:

 

1.

Make modifications in the Web.Config file as per the KB article at http://support.myeasyprojects.net/KB/a83/how-can-i-enable-integration-between-smartertrack-easy.aspx

2.

Enter your SmarterTrack URL and agent credentials then test if the settings are correct, as shown.

3.

Save the settings once the test passed ok.

4.

The new button should appear on the Activities page.

5.

Enter an existing ticket number and click "Import from SmarterTrack" button to create an activity in Easy Projects.
