To have access to the Administration controls, a user must have the ‘Manage system settingspermission enabled in her role. How to enable permissions, see Roles and Permissions.

This feature is only available in the Enterprise version of the product

 

Security policy is a tab on Administration options screen

 

The setting is summarized in the table.

Description

Disable login for user account if not used for X days

 

Checkbox, to disable login for a user if he has not been using his account for X days in a row

Inactivity period (days)

Sets the length, in days, of the inactivity period.
