Let’s use Method 1 above to post a sample message. Suppose we are logged in as Eugene Smith, who is project manager on the iCam Website project. For us to post a message about a team meeting on Monday next week, the following steps would be required:

1.

While in Projects screen, click next to the name (hyperlink) of the project.

2.

Select Show project messages from a popup menu. This will take us to Message Board.

As the project has already been pre-selected in the filters, we only need to choose the right activity to attach the message to.

As long as the Activity field has ‘All activities’ as its value, the "Post" button is inactive.

All messages posted for the current project are shown.
