Challenge

Before switching to Easy Project .NET we were managing all our projects manually. It was mostly an e-mail exchange and not everybody had access to it. Also, it was hard to follow up - sometimes two people were doing the same job.

Solution and Results

We evaluated about 5 project management products before we decide on Easy Projects. We liked that it is very user friendly, has an easy learning curve and is very intuitive - we didn't have to spend any time on training.

Easy Projects .NET solved all our problems. It gave us an ability to control all projects, see progress and comments. We also could give user authorizations for each project. It's very structured and easy to learn. We have about 12 people using the tool.

We created a set of permanent projects and have tasks assigned under each project. Projects are driven by user authorization, which helps a lot for outsource development. Some of the built-in reports happened to be very useful and we are still investigating some more advanced features.

Right now Easy Projects probably saves us a full day of labor per month.

What keeps us using Easy Projects? It serves our purposes without spending additional time on training, has easy and visible tracking and good customer support.
