Inside Sales Representative
Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Description:
Inside sales rep is responsible for prospecting, following up on existing leads, and closing the sale. The sales person is also responsible for seeing the sale through to completion, which includes requesting payment, as well as follow up with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction and to generate ongoing referrals.
Requirements:
- Must have prior successful sales experience, preferably in the Software industry selling to mid to large companies.
- Must have repeatedly met or exceeded quota and been within the top 10% in personal performance.
- Must be a professional, having gone through formal sales training, and maintains sales skills through consistent reading and personal development.
- Must know the steps of the sale, effective approach, presentation skills, trial closes, overcoming objections, closing techniques and personal motivation techniques.
- Also, experience building a reseller partner program is a plus.
