Q: I have users that do not need to login, however I still want to track their schedule and time. Do I need to buy licenses for them?
A: No, you don't. Simply create a user and uncheck the "Can Login" option on the User Details page. This way you can still assign this user to projects and tasks as well as track his/her time.
