Get to Know your Customers Day

On July 17, 2008 we emailed our customers in celebration of "Get to Know your Customers day" (an official, yet relatively unknown holiday). To mark the occasion, our CEO, Vadim Katcherovski, cleared off his schedule for a day to take only customer calls.

We want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who got in touch and remind you that we are always happy to take your questions, comments, and tomatoes. We pride ourselves on being a company that listens so please drop us a line at 1-888-261-9878 or info@easyprojects.net!

Tip of the Month

Q: If is there any quick way to know if a project has any file attachments or messages?
A: Yes, there is. Click the "Customize" link on the Project list page and add "Attachments" and/or "Messages" fields to the list. If a project has any attachments or messages, an icon will be displayed in the "Flag" column.

Testimonial of the Month: I-COM

"I have never imagined that the large scale roll-out like ours (we currently have close to 90 active users) could be that simple. Everything was easy: installation and configuration, user training, and of course, daily use...But here's the best part, by a very, and I mean very, conservative estimation we were able to save at least 10 minutes per request for team members and about 5 minutes per request on my time. That's a savings of approximately $45,000 a year ..."
