When you first log in, you are greeted by the My Assignments page... a one-stop place for all of your tasks. Here you can filter, sort and track your work, view and post messages to the messageboards, submit status updates, upload and share files, log time and more. For the majority of your team, this is the most important page.
View, Sort and Bookmark
You can view, sort and filter all of your assigned tasks. Each activity can expand to give you more detail such as due date, recently posted messages, priority, time spent and more. You can also "bookmark" the most important tasks so they always show up at the top.
Effective Collaboration
You can instantly collaborate on all of your tasks without ever having to leave the My Assignments page. View and post messages, provide status updates to your project manager and upload and share files.
Easy Task Management
The My Assignments page allows you to easily manage all of your tasks. Once you're done with your work, hit the "I'm Done" button to complete the task and move it off your list. You can also easily create new tasks for yourself right on the My Assignments page without having to go anywhere else.
Log and Track Time
You can track the time you spent on a task using the built-in timer which runs in the background while you work. Once finished, stop the timer to automatically enter time into the time logs. You can also enter time manually using the Weekly Time window, which allows you to log time you spent on this task previously.
